Tedi Autos Car Rental Service (English)

Includes:

  • Insurance with excess

  • Extra drivers (1)
  • Child pillow

Excludes:

  • Fuel
  • Baby Seat – Optional at 15 € per week
  • Traffic Fines, Parking Tickets etc.

General Conditions:

  1. Authorised Drivers:
    • The vehicle may only be driven by the authorised renter or individuals explicitly indicated on the contract, provided they:
      • Are at least 25 years old.
      • Hold a valid driving license for at least one year.
  2. Vehicle Security:
    • The renter must keep the vehicle closed and locked when not in use.
  3. Prohibited Actions:
    • The renter is prohibited from:
      • Selling the vehicle, its equipment, or tools.
        Violation allows the lessor to demand the immediate return of the vehicle without justification or compensation.
      • Using the vehicle to:
        • Push or tow other vehicles, trailers, or rolling objects.
        • Participate in races or competitions.
        • Operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
        • Engage in illegal activities or transport illegal goods.
        • Carry passengers beyond the licensed capacity or for paid carriage.
  4. Vehicle Condition:
    • The renter acknowledges the vehicle is in good condition, including all five tyres.
      • Any damage to tyres, other than normal wear, must be repaired at the renter’s expense with tyres of the same specifications and wear state.
  5. Tampering:
    • The trip recorders and connectors are sealed.
      • If tampered with, the rental cost will default to 300 km/day, along with potential prosecution for fraudulent use.
  6. Rates and Payments:
    • Rental fees, based on the applicable rate list, are payable in advance.
    • An overdue payment incurs a 2% monthly interest.
  7. Traffic Violations:
    • The renter is solely responsible for:
      • Paying any traffic fines, tickets, or related charges during the rental period.
  8. Accidents and Negligence:
    • In accidents caused by driver negligence:
      • The renter is liable for the insurance excess corresponding to the vehicle model.
    • TEDI AUTOS S.L. may charge relevant costs to the credit card on file for traffic fines, parking tickets, or other extras.
  9. Insurance:
    • Coverage is only for drivers approved by TEDI AUTOS S.L.

      The renter must:

      • Report accidents, thefts, or fires to TEDI AUTOS S.L. within 24 hours.
      • Provide details, including circumstances, date, and location, in the report.
  10. Insurance Exclusions:
    • Insurance does not cover:
      • Drivers without a valid license.
      • Personal belongings inside the vehicle.
      • Damage incurred beyond the rental period specified in the contract.
      • Damage resulting from poor or uneven roads.
      • Third-party injuries or vehicle damage if false information was provided by the renter.
  11. Fuel:
    • Fuel is the renter’s responsibility.
      • Super octane fuel must be used.
      • The renter must regularly check and maintain oil, water, and gearbox levels.
  12. Maintenance and Repairs:
    • TEDI AUTOS S.L. covers normal mechanical wear.
    • Repairs may only be performed:
      • With written consent from TEDI AUTOS S.L.
      • According to TEDI AUTOS S.L.’s instructions.
  13. Contract Modifications:
    • Amendments to the terms are only valid if made in writing.
  14. Applicable Law:
    • This contract is governed by Spanish law.
    • Any disputes will be submitted to the courts in Málaga.

No Incluye:

  • Combustible
  • Silla de bebé – Opcional 15 € por semana
  • Multas de tráfico, estacionamiento, etc.

Condiciones Generales:

  1. Conductores autorizados:
    • El vehículo solo puede ser conducido por el arrendatario autorizado o personas indicadas en el contrato, siempre que:
      • Tengan al menos 25 años
      • Posean un permiso de conducir válido por al menos un año
  2. Seguridad del vehículo:
    • El arrendatario debe mantener el vehículo cerrado y con llave cuando no se use
  3. Acciones prohibidas:
    • Se prohíbe al arrendatario:
      • Vender el vehículo, sus equipamientos o herramientas.
        La violación permite al arrendador exigir la devolución inmediata del vehículo sin justificación ni compensación.
      • Usar el vehículo para:
        • Empujar o remolcar otros vehículos, remolques u objetos rodantes
        • Participar en carreras o competiciones
        • Conducir bajo la influencia de alcohol o drogas
        • Participar en actividades ilegales o transportar mercancías ilegales
        • Transportar pasajeros más allá de la capacidad legal o para transporte de pago
  4. Condición del vehículo:
    • El arrendatario reconoce que el vehículo está en buen estado, incluyendo los cinco neumáticos.
      • Cualquier daño en los neumáticos, distinto del desgaste normal, deberá repararse a cargo del arrendatario con neumáticos de las mismas especificaciones y estado de desgaste.
  5. Manipulación:
    • Los registradores de viaje y conectores están sellados.
      • Si se manipulan, el coste del alquiler se calculará a 300 km/día, junto con posible enjuiciamiento por uso fraudulento.
  6. Tarifas y Pagos:
    • Las tarifas de alquiler, basadas en la lista de precios vigente, se pagan por adelantado.
    • Los pagos atrasados devengarán un interés mensual del 2%
  7. Infracciones de tráfico:
    • El arrendatario es el único responsable de:
      • Pagar multas de tráfico, estacionamiento u otros cargos relacionados durante el período de alquiler.
  8. Accidentes y negligencia:
    • En accidentes causados por negligencia del conductor:
      • El arrendatario es responsable de la franquicia del seguro correspondiente al modelo del vehículo.
    • TEDI AUTOS S.L. podrá cargar en la tarjeta de crédito los costes de multas de tráfico, estacionamiento u otros gastos adicionales.
  9. Seguro:
    • La cobertura solo aplica a conductores aprobados por TEDI AUTOS S.L.

      El arrendatario debe:

      • Informar accidentes, robos o incendios a TEDI AUTOS S.L. en 24 horas.
      • Proporcionar detalles incluyendo circunstancias, fecha y lugar en el informe.
  10. Exclusiones del seguro:
    • El seguro no cubre:
      • Conductores sin licencia válida
      • Objetos personales dentro del vehículo
      • Daños fuera del periodo de alquiler especificado en el contrato
      • Daños por carreteras irregulares o en mal estado
      • Lesiones a terceros o daños al vehículo si el arrendatario proporcionó información falsa
  11. Combustible:
    • El combustible es responsabilidad del arrendatario
      • Se debe utilizar combustible de alto octanaje.
      • El arrendatario debe revisar y mantener regularmente los niveles de aceite, agua y caja de cambios
  12. Mantenimiento y Reparaciones:
    • TEDI AUTOS S.L. cubre el desgaste mecánico normal
    • Las reparaciones solo se podrán realizar:
      • Con consentimiento escrito de TEDI AUTOS S.L.
      • Según las instrucciones de TEDI AUTOS S.L.
  13. Modificaciones del contrato:
    • Las modificaciones solo serán válidas si se realizan por escrito
  14. Ley aplicable:
    • Este contrato se rige por la ley española
    • Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales de Málaga
